Write to corrections@petpriceindex.com with the page, the figure and, if you have it, a link to the provider page that shows something different.
We re-read the source, and if we were wrong we change the page and record the change on the corrections log. A provider raising its price since we read it is a re-survey rather than a correction, but we still want to know.

That covers questions about the methodology, requests to reuse the data beyond the CC BY 4.0 licence, privacy requests under the privacy policy, and advertising or partnership enquiries. We do not accept sponsored content, paid placements or guest posts, so there is no need to ask.
Providers named in a survey
If your clinic or organisation is listed and a price or inclusion is wrong, email corrections@petpriceindex.com with the page on your site that shows the current figure. We record what is published, so a correction on your website is the fastest way to change ours at the next survey.

Pet Price Index is edited by M. Humza, who reads the provider pages, keeps the spreadsheets and answers the mail. There is no support team and no phone line.
